Day 12, 13 & 14!
Sorry I’m behind. We’ve had some unexpected events happen this week and it kind of took me out of the loop. It’s also my birthday weekend and have been hosting family from out of town. Anyway, I hope you are doing well and staying on course:)
2) Workout- Do something active with people you love. So grateful to have our So Cal weather back. I know, we’re spoiled;) But take advantage and have fun!
Don’t forget to relax and take a rest day. Take it easy and give your body a chance to rest.
3) Mantra for the Day: Showing up is Half the Battle!!
I tell my class this almost daily. Showing up is half the battle! Once you get there, you will do the work. You can make all the excuses you want but once you get there, even begrudgingly, then you have overcome! Show up and do the work. Don’t think about it. Don’t negotiate! There will always be other things that are more important than working out. If you don’t put it in your schedule, other things will crowd it out. You don’t even need a lot of time. Just use your time wisely and be all in when you’re there. Now, SHOW UP and SHAPE UP!!!
