Day 15!
Well, it’s our mid point check in today! How’s your progress? Remember that progress is measured in many different ways. I feel strong, my pants are loose, I see more definition, I am not reliant on caffeine or sugar for my energy, I have way more endurance, I am eating more often, I drink more water, my arms are more toned, I lost 5% body fat, and I am feeling balanced in my relationships. I’m more in love with my husband, my kids are doing great and I am enjoying my work. I don’t feel burned out, I feel hopeful, inspired and ready to accomplish more goals. The story doesn’t end with strong abs and the number on the scale. In my lowest weight and ‘skinniest’ time, I was the most miserable. I was never skinny enough and I was so unhealthy!!! I was grumpy all the time because I was STARVING!!! LOL! I was not fun to be around and was super insecure and ungrateful. Guys, this is a lifestyle change. Even if you have a few more pounds to lose but have a healthy self image and a happy, balanced life then YOU ARE DOING AWESOME!!! Don’t get caught up on the wrong things and be results oriented. This is a marathon, not a sprint:))) I believe in you. You CAN do this:))))
