1) Saturday – Do something active with friends and/or family. It’s always better to workout with someone:))) Find a workout buddy! Dogs make a great workout partner!
Sunday- Relax and rejuvenate:)))
3) Mantra for the Day- This Too, Shall Pass!
This is a great mantra! I have used it often in my life:) In our fitness journey, we will have times of victory and times of defeat. Remember that nothing is permanent. We have the choice to change every single day, every moment, and remember that every new breath is a new opportunity.
