There will be days when you are not motivated at all to work out. I woke up like that today and could have stayed in bed all day! So, what do you do??? Well, you suck it up and DO IT ANYWAY!!! LOL:) In order to get results, we can’t let excuses get in our way. Just do it and do it again!!!
1) Wednesday Workout- Focus on Upper Body Work!
2) Insanity Day 6- Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs
I was dreading this workout today. I was in pain and did not feel like working out. I knew it was going to be a killer workout so I kept trying to mentally prepare for it. So, I sucked it up and did it anyway. It was awesome. There’s such a sense of accomplishment to finish something that’s super hard. I totally gave it my all and you had to pick me up off the floor afterwards! It’s OK. I’m just happy that I didn’t give up. We started with a challenging cardio warmup, then we stretched and did a fifteen minute cardio drill!!! Did you hear what I just said!?!?! Fifteen minutes of PURE cardio hence the name:) Yesterday, I was only able to get through twenty eight minutes of the forty minute workout. Today, I did it all and it was awesome!!! So the moral of the story, do it even when you don’t feel like it and finish strong:)))
