I just wanted to congratulate you guys for being so courageous.  I know that this is hard work.  It would be so much easier to not think about our health and just sit around watching TV and eating bon-bons!   I applaud you for taking the time, effort and energy to really engage and be intentional about this part of your life.  It seems as if the world  just wants us to be fat!  Everywhere we turn there are sights, smells, and temptations all around.  Remember that self -control is a muscle and the more you use it, the stronger it will get.
