Day 26 & 27!
Saturday and Sunday! Use this time to enjoy your family and friends. Take advantage of the outdoors and experience the beauty of nature. This is a great weekend for parties and bbq’s! Stay connected and mindful with your eating. It’s OK to have an occasional cheat but don’t go overboard. Remind yourself what your goals are and where you want to be at the end of this challenge. Have a wonderful time!!! Stay healthy!!!
