My husband and I just got back from a marriage seminar. We are so blessed to have the marriage that we have. We’ve been married for fifteen years and we just keep growing and getting better each year. Why is that? Well number one, GOD! Number two, we are committed to putting time, energy, money and effort to keep it going. It’s not by default or osmosis that we have a thriving marriage. It’s an investment that we are both willing to make to make our marriage better. It reminds me of our health and fitness. It’s a daily battle and we have to be willing to work on it. It’s not automatic. We need help and accountability to be successful. I’m so excited for all of you that have signed up for the next 60 Day Challenge! You are making a huge investment in your health and fitness. It will not be in vain.
1) Today is your rest and relaxation day! Take the time to rejuvenate your soul. Even if you don’t think you need to rest, DO IT! Resting is essential to repairing your body. Resting will prevent injuries and fatigue. Enjoy your relaxing day and get ready for the week to come!
3) Mantra for the Day!- Believe
You will receive what you believe. The biggest thing that is holding you back is the belief that you can overcome. It’s easier for you to believe the lies and the negativity that goes on in your mind than the thought that you could actually succeed and be happy. If you can visualize your success and see what you want your life to be like then you will get there. You just have to keep one foot in front of the other and keep pushing forward. Excuses doesn’t produce results only action does. So, start believing in yourself and do the work. Just take baby steps and give yourself permission to not be perfect. You can do this and I believe in you!
