Day 28 & 29!
We are almost done with the first thirty days of this challenge! WOW! That went fast:) Monday was Memorial Day and I ended up taking the day off. I just came back from a three day seminar and needed the day to connect with the family and friends. I did really well up until the very last hour. I ended up taking my cheat day and had fried taquitos and some ice cream. Now I’m ready for Tuesday. I’m gonna get back on track. If you gave in and didn’t eat well over the holiday weekend, don’t sweat it! Tomorrow is always a new day:)))
1) Tuesday- Cardio Day! For me it’s Zumba and Insanity Day 9! Whatever you choose make sure you get a good sweat!!!
