Day 53 of 90 Day Challenge!

Day 53!

Hello!  I hope you guys are doing well.  This time of the year, the temptation is to give up and start over in the New Year.  How many of you have blown off your New Year’s resolution already?  It’s not the end of the year yet.  You can do it!!!  Don’t be one of the statistics of people who gain between six to ten pounds during the holidays.  Work hard all the way to the end!!!

 

1.  Thursday- Stretch and do 1 hour of yoga today.  Enjoy and breathe….

 

 

2. Food- Super Food- Chia Seeds

3. Mantra for the Day: Don’t Underestimate Yourself!

You are so much stronger than you give yourself credit.  I love Yoga because I can look at a pose and think, “I can NEVER do that!” Then with a little practice, I’m doing it!!!  The body is an amazing thing.  It all starts in our mind.  So, visualize yourself doing things that you think are impossible!  You can do it:)))
