We only have ten days left!!! WOW!!! That went fast! Let’s really kick it into high gear for the last hurrah! This is a lifestyle change so really look at the progress this past month or two and be grateful that you are moving forward. No matter where you are today, know that you have the ability to make the right choice right now:)))
1) Tuesday- Cardio Workout! Find your passion, hobby, favorite workout! I love workouts that don’t feel like a workout. For me, that’s DANCE!!! I can dance for hours and sweat buckets and it doesn’t feel like a workout. Do something you enjoy and if you haven’t found your favorite activity yet, keep looking! You’ll find it:)))
2) Summer Sweets:)))
Grilled Pineapple- just add cinnamon….WOW!!! AMAZING:))) Warning! Very addictive!
3) Mantra for the Day- Live each day like it’s your last!
I am reminded today to never take my life for granted. Our friends lost their baby daughter during heart surgery today. She was only two months old. It’s so sad. It’s a great reminder that our journey to wellness is so much more than just to look good. This lifestyle change is to change everything. Our priorities, our schedule, our relationships, and our environment. Do take a moment to take an inventory of what’s important in your life. You are a beautiful being designed to do amazing things. Now, go do it!!! :))))
