I hope you’re pressing on. Take it one day at a time. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. I’m feeling tired and cranky today. Time to get my Yoga on;)))

3. Mantra for the Day- Kill the Spirit of Judgment!
Do you ever get insecure about what others think about you? Do you ever wonder if people are talking about you or criticizing you behind your back? If you have ever felt that way, you struggle with the spirit of judgment. So, if you are afraid of what others are thinking about you it’s because you are casting judgment on other people. You might say, “ME!? Never!!!” Well, how’s your judgment with yourself? Now, I know you’re saying, “Well, that doesn’t count!” LOL! Yes, it does count! What you put out there will come back to you. So, STOP IT!!! The more you focus on honoring others (including yourself, actually, especially yourself) the more you will kill the spirit of judgment in your life. You will begin to notice that you really don’t care what people are thinking abut you. Seriously, it’s such a liberating feeling to walk free from judgment and condemnation. Practice love and grace. That will go a long way…with others, and most importantly, yourself!
