Happy Monday! I hope you guys enjoyed your weekend and were able to celebrate all the Dads out there! This week we are going to kick it in gear and kick it up a few notches. Add ten to fifteen minutes to each workout. Add a cardio day and eat as clean as possible. You can do it!!!
1) Lower Body Day! -Start off with a stretch and get your heart rate up. Today let’s work the legs to fatigue. Make sure you stretch after your workout and drink lots of water!
2) No Junk Food Challenge!!! For the rest of the challenge, get rid of all of these items from your diet:)))) You can do it!!!
