Day 6 & 7 February Sweetheart Challenge

Hi guys,

I took a little break from the blog but we are full steam ahead with our February Challenge.  It’s been great so far and we are enjoying the daily workouts and the “sweetheart challenge”.  I just wanted to check in and connect.  It helps me to write everyday because it holds me accountable:)

 

1) Saturday and Sunday
Saturday- Activity Day!  Go for a walk, hike, bike ride, skating, skiing, snowboarding, swimming, etc…there’s so much to do!!!

Sunday-Rest Day!  Recuperate and rest your body so that it’s ready to rock and roll on Monday;)

2) Food- Clean Treats!  I’m gonna try this:)))
This month I will be posting yummy, clean treats to give you ideas for Valentines!  Guilt-Free Ice Cream. Two ingredients. Frozen bananas and peanut butter. This is really yummy and something different to do with those brown bananas! (For less calories use PB2)

 

3. Love Post! Marriage Takes Work
This month I will be posting encouraging, sappy, love quotes. I hope you enjoy them.  No matter where you are in your journey, stay open to the possibility of love.  It’s a wonderful, terrifying, beautiful journey:))))

Day 22 of January Detox Challenge Group!

I’m getting ready to open up the February Challenge group beginning February 4th! It’s going to be a “Sweetheart Challenge”!!! I’m excited to host a challenge group to help us be better wives in the month of February. We will be focusing on fitness and marriage. I think going through that challenging time is what has helped us to grow and fight for the marriage that we now have. This is something I am passionate about! We’ve heard this before.  It’s so true.  What we focus on, we get more of.  What are you thinking about?  Do you think about how hard it is to lose weight, change your habits, avoid temptation, etc…????  Or do you focus on the lifestyle change of not being overweight, being able to enjoy healthy food, getting off medication and being able to keep up with your children, fitting in to your favorite jeans!?!?!  Change your thoughts, change your focus, and change your life!!!:))))
