I’m going to try the Paleo diet for a couple of weeks. I like switching things up and learning about other methods. At the end of the day, it’s all about moderation and clean eating. Try this with me:))))
3. Mantra for the Day- Unplug!
Challenge yourself to really be present and engaged today. Look at people and really ‘see’ them. Smile:) In this world with such advanced technology, we have become so distant. Even in social media, we have the appearance of intimacy but in reality we are starving for connection. We had some friends over today and we’re going to be hosting a mixer/party for our single friends to meet each other. We are calling the party “Unplugged”! Guests have to check their phones in at the door and they actually have to communicate with one another. What a novel concept! LOL! I have to admit, this is hard for me. I live in the virtual world. It’s a good reminder to experience life instead of posting about it. How about you!? Are you ready to unplug? Challenge yourself to have time during the day to do just that.
